On-line Sales When a client orders Topshopper on this site, the transaction is logged. If the client was referred by you from your site, the transaction will be tagged automatically with your affiliate reference number. As soon as the transaction is confirmed, the commission is credited to your account. Any future orders with that client will be counted as off-line sales and dealt with as below. Off-line Sales When a client orders Topshopper over the phone or by email, they are asked to quote a reference number. If they have been referred from your site, this reference number will be your affiliate reference number, which is inserted automatically after the 'Quote reference No.' tag on each relevant page on Topdown's site. This reference number is appended to their order and, when the bill is paid, your affiliate account is credited with the commission.
