Installing TopShopper

All of the files required for the shopping cart are contained in one folder. This folder must reside in the root directory of the site.

After uploading the shopping cart directory to the site, the system can be tested immediately by using a virtual shop provided with the software.

Links are placed in the pages of the site that allow items to be added to the shopping cart. All system parameters can be configured through the Web.

The system only becomes fully functional when a security code is entered into the configuration file. This security code will be provided by Topdown Active Web Designs.

After installation, the merchant can change prices, postage charges and messages to clients through the administration pages accessible through the Web.
