Example Shop Pages

The shopping pages used in the Example Shop on this site can be downloaded for reference. The code gives examples of how to implement some of the functions available. There are two versions available - ASP and PHP. The Integration Document refers to some of these pages.

Procedure for Use

To view this Example Shop in operation, go to:
https://www.topshopper.net/exampleshop/index.asp

These files are intended as a guide to setting up simple shopping pages that use TopShopper II shopping cart. The Integration Guide refers to some of these pages as sample implementations of specific cart functions.

The Example Shop will only be fully functional on your website if:
1) The 'exampleshop' folder and all the sub folders are uploaded to the root directory of your site.
2) the 't_user' folder is uploaded to the tshop2 directory to replace the existing one.

However, the 't_user' folder contains all the configuration information.
Overwriting this folder will delete any changes you may have made to the configuration in the Administration!!!

So once you have started to configure TopShopper II, do NOT upload or overwrite the 't_user' files.

Self-extracting File

If you choose the self-extracting file, you will be asked to choose a directory to store the extracted directories and files. The main folder is called ' shopcart'. You will find a 'readme.txt' file in the 'shopcart' directory when extracted. This will give you information regarding the upgrade procedures for the shopping cart.

Zip File

If you choose the Zip file, then you will need to extract it. If you need software to extract these files, see the WinZip download below. You will find a 'readme.txt' file in the 'shopcart' directory when extracted. This will give you information regarding the upgrade procedures for the shopping cart.
